Hitman 1-3 is getting the PSVR treatment in January 2021
Riot Games is creating an ethics committee for future partnerships
Final Fantasy VII Remake shipped and digitally sold more than 5 million copies (!)
As we head into another (hopefully fun-filled) weekend, I’m going to get to work on an “interesting” new design for the Big Meanie Games site. The inspiration for it? The NEOM web site, believe it or not. And if you aren’t familiar with NEOM, read this post.
Death March Club is headed to Apple Arcade as World’s End Club
Okay, two things to unpack. First, Death March Club is now called World’s End Club (I hate it). Second, it’s headed to Apple Arcade on September 4 for some unknown period of time.
World’s End Club is the first game by Too Kyo Games that involves both Kazutaka Kodaka (Danganronpa) and Kotaro Uchikoshi (Zero Escape). It’s an exciting collaboration even if the game sounds quite a bit different from before – now it’s a 2D side-scroller action and puzzle game that also includes a significant story component? (I’m getting some flashbacks of Danganronpa 2 here with the 2D traveling between areas).
Hitman 1-3 is getting the PSVR treatment in January 2021
I find myself yet again envious of PSVR gamers. You guys got Resident Evil 7 VR and now you also get the entire Hitman trilogy – that’s games 1-3 – hitting the platform in January 2021. It’s not all bad though – I like to think this announcement underscores the fact that AAA games are starting a bit more seriously towards VR. What’s the line, a rising tide lifts all boats?
Riot Games is creating an ethics committee for future partnerships
We do have a bit more clarity regarding the mysterious meeting held at the Riot Games’ headquarters in Malibu – according to this article, the “executive team had come unprepared to last week’s Unplugged session, which left many Rioters disappointed”.
Final Fantasy VII Remake shipped and digitally sold more than 5 million copies (!)
I will be completely and utterly honest right now. This game is pissing the complete crap out of me right now and the only reason why I’m writing about it is because I couldn’t find a better news piece to replace it. The masses demanded FF7R updates, and they’re getting it.
