Rocket League going free-to-play later this summer
Everyone’s favorite “soccer with cars” game is going free-to-play later this summer. Developer Psyonix announced in a blog post that the “next chapter” of Rocket League would see the game being re-released on PC wtih cross-platform play via Epic Game Store (and in the future, will no longer be available on Steam to new players).
Previous buyers of the game will get “legacy” status, which basically means you get a bunch of free stuff like all Rocket League-branded DLC, Legacy-quality item upgrades, and the “Est. 20xx” title depending on when you first started playing.

Well worth a read.
Star Wars: The Old Republic now available on Steam

The MMORPG includes a combination of PvE and PvP elements (including the ability to pilot starfighters) but its standout feature is clearly the hybrid subscription program that allows free play only until level 60 with some other restrictions – further progression requires a subscription.
Necrobarista releases on PC in approximately 10 hours, picks up solid reviews
New anime-styled visual novel Necrobarista is hitting Steam in about 10 hours or so. Reviews are looking solid on Metacritic, with the game currently at an 82 critic metascore.
The first title from developer Route 59 is about “a dynamic and diverse cast of characters as they navigate Melbourne’s hipstery coffee culture, the questionable ethics of necromancy, and the process of letting go.”
